4. Filters decide eligibility:
Shift timing
Online status
Tab activity & visibility
Manual availability
5. Choose Assignment Strategy:
Round Robin → Equal rotation
Least Assignment → Fewest total chats
Least Active → Fewest active chats
Availability → Fully ready agents only
