How to send Campaign By Quick Contacts

Sending a Bulk Campaign

1. Go to Menu → CRM → Bulk Campaigns 2. Click Create New Campaign → Select WhatsApp Campaign 3. Choose Messaging Campaign 4. Enter Campaign Name 5. Select Campaign Type (Immediate / Scheduled) → Click Next

6. Select Audience → Quick Contacts

You have 3 options:

• Numbers (Enter manually)

• Numbers with Variables

• Upload CSV File

⚡ You can now add up to 1,00,000 contacts in Quick Campaign.

7. Add numbers → Click Next 8. Select your WhatsApp Channel 9. Choose Message Type (e.g., Template) → Map variables 10. Preview → Click Save Campaign 11. Click Rocket Icon🚀 to Trigger (send)Campaign

Important Note

Quick Contacts are temporary recipients. They will appear in Live Chat only if the user replies, as they are not stored as regular CRM contacts.
