How To Check Why Messages Are Getting Failed In Broadcasts / Campaigns ?

1. Go to Menu → CRM → Bulk Campaigns 2. Find the campaign you want to check 3. Click the Report Icon in the action section 4. View delivery summary (Sent / Delivered / Failed) 5. Click on the Failed Count number 6. Select the specific message row (if multiple messages exist) 7. Click Failed Status to view error details 8. Check the error reason (directly provided by Meta)
