How to Add Reward Points Manually / Via Bots and Automations?

There are two primary methods to create transactions:

Manually Creating Transactions

1. Go to rewards>Click on Create transaction.

2. Select the customer name from the dropdown menu.

3. Choose the transaction type.

4. Pick the operation you want to apply: add, multiply, subtract, or divide.

5. Enter the transaction value and a note for context.

6. Click on Create to finish the process.

Creating Transactions via a Bot

1. Click on the plus icon in the bot builder.

2. Select the appropriate trigger and channel.

3. Set the conditions under which the transaction will be triggered.

4. Add questions to collect necessary user information.

5. Save the responses to custom fields for later use.

6. Integrate the Reward Points automation app.

• Add automation app block>Reward points>Search Customer

• Search for the customer using their WhatsApp number.

• If needed, create a new authentication.

7.Use the Basic router to differentiate between new and old customers, then proceed to create or update transactions as needed.

8.In the Reward Points app:

• Select the right authentication.

• Map customer information accurately.

• Enter transaction details including the field, operation, value, and a note.

9.Click on Run and Save to finalize the creation or update of the transaction.
