Commands are text strings that users can see by typing a forward slash in a message.
To add a command:
Navigate to the "conversation automation" section.
Click on "commands" to add a new command.
Command Limitations
Each command can have a maximum of 32 characters.
Each hint can have a maximum of 256 characters.
Up to 30 commands can be added.
Commands can be useful to trigger specific Bot flows based on user input.
