IndiaMART Integration

Connect your IndiaMART seller account to automatically sync inquiry leads into your CRM.

Step 1: Get CRM Key

1. Log in to IndiaMART Seller Dashboard

2. Go to Lead Manager → CRM Settings

3. Copy the CRM Key

Step 2: Create Connection

1. Go to Lead Source → IndiaMART Integration

2. Click Create Connection

3. Enter Account Name

4. Paste the CRM Key

5. Select date range (last 365 days)

6. Click Save Connection

Step 3: Configure Settings

• Go to Install Page → Setting Configuration

• Review and adjust integration settings

Step 4: Field Mapping

• Map fields like:

  • Name

  • Phone Number

  • Email

  • City

  • Product

Step 5: Sync Leads

• Click Sync Leads to import data manually

• Enable auto-sync for automatic lead fetching

Step 6: Webhook (Optional)

• Add webhook for real-time lead updates

Step 7: Monitor Logs

• Go to Logs Section

• Track sync status and troubleshoot issues

• Integration is ready to use
